Ever wondered how you will ever get out of the mountain of paperwork you need to implement? Plenitude Wealth has a team of experienced Client Service & Paraplanning specialists who will take the admin load off of your shoulders so that you can do what you do best.

We are looking for an adviser who loves to provide advice, change our clients’ lives and provide them with a fantastic experience without having to network, prospect, make sales calls and do unnecessary business development that produces low yields. Plenitude Wealth has a marketing team and a Principal Adviser who will take on the lion’s share of the marketing & sales workload to ensure you provide the best advice and outcomes for our clients.

One of our key projects for 2023 is establishing our SMSF offering. The Lead Adviser will be spearheading this project as they build towards building their client base. It is essential for applicants to have experience in providing advice on SMSF establishment, strategy and LRBAs.

Our flexible working arrangement provides our team with the ability to work from home for a couple of days a week as the majority of our client meetings are over Zoom. The catch is you’ll need to embody our core values of:

You need to have all education requirements to provide advice squared away. You must have a willingness to learn more and have the ability to optimise for better outcomes for both the business and clients.

Engaging clients, team members and business stakeholders will be your key focus along with sharing your knowledge to Team Plenitude.

Experience in all aspects of the advice process is necessary as you will be responsible for the supervision of advice delivery for your growing clientele. You will also be expected to build the necessary infrastructure to help Plenitude reach new heights.

We need a conscientious adviser who has a nurturing nature, an honest & transparent approach to communication and someone who is capable of having robust conversations with the aim of optimising for the ideal output.

We have an in-house mortgage broking team and a buyer’s agency to ensure we maximise all asset classes and deliver tangible results for our clients.   • The primary responsibility of this Advisor is client retention and reviewing/presenting client related financial plans and investment recommendations with existing clients without supervision. They spend 70% of their time with existing ongoing client relationships. Typically, they do not spend over 30% of their time developing new client relationships, but they do attend and/or sign prospective clients who are referred to the company or generated by Senior Advisors. They also help in building the necessary infrastructure to assist Plenitude in becoming more sustainable - like the SMSF offering we're looking to launch in 2023.

  • Our new Advisor ideally has a designation and over five years experience working in advisory or a related profession. They will review changes in the marketplace, industry, work with our Senior Advisor/s, and the Portfolio Manager to adjust client’s plans and investment allocations accordingly. They must be familiar and fluent in understanding a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. They will rely on extensive experience and judgement to help clients solve complicated financial and investment management issues.

  • Serve on the investment management committee or helps determine firm investment strategies for clients

  • Work with Senior Advisor/s to manage and leverage the work needing to be completed for the top 20% of clients

  • Participate in and coordinate marketing efforts for the Senior Advisor/s

  • Help build the necessary infrastructure to make Plenitude a more sustainable business

  • Manage and coordinate all Associate Advisors under their supervision

  • Work with senior adviser/s to develop strategy for clients

  • Conducts ongoing client meetings including annual, semi-annual and initial planning meetings with prospective clients

  • Attend and sign initial prospective client meetings as well as onboard new clients into the firm
